Ever since I posted about praying for Kristi, I’ve gotten a ton of hits on my blog from people doing searches for info and my blog comes up first on Google.  So, I want to provide anyone out there with better info than my previous blog post.  I am so grateful for the amount of concern which I believe is being translated to prayer for Kristi.  Thank you all for praying.

Anyway…the best way to keep up with what is happening with Kristi, so you can pray more informed, is to join www.carepages.com.  Once you sign up, do a search for kristiwalker (one word, all lower case) and you should find a link to her page.  Please do pray and spread the word for others to pray.  Miracles still happen today.  I sincerely believe my good health is a miracle of modern medicine and prayer from when I went through Guillaine-Barre Syndrome and was paralyzed from the waist down.  I might have died in ICU if not for the wisdom of my doctors, my prescribed treatment, and the prayers of hundreds of people, if not a thousand or more.

Also, my wife gave me the fuller version of how she knows Kristi, as I have been reporting erronously that they went to high school togther.  They actually know each other from church as Courtney is a little older than Kristi.  Courntey knows her parents better as they were senior high Sunday School teachers for Courtney.

Finally, I know this seems dumb, but I thank God that this morning after sharing a prayer time with a church member, as I drove away, I turned on a street named “Winters Walk” and knew it was a sign to pray for Kristi.  My prayers are with her and her family.
