Tanzanian Samosa’s

While I was a short-term missionary in Mtwara, Tanzania, I was introduced to an Indian food called samosas.  I think they are suppose to be an appetizer, but John (my cohort) and I would eat them 10-12 at a time.

Anyway…the best samosa’s are filled with beef and onion and other seasonings like garlic.  Some are made with potatoes instead of meat.  Here are some pictures Courtney took during our latest attempt to make them.  These turned out the best of any other attempts we’ve made!
